Guanghua ：Yes.
NewBTC World ：What is the relationship between NewBTC World and ChainX? Is this some kind of new initiative by the ChainX team?
Guanghua ：NewBTC World aims to empower the ChainX ecosystem. ChainX requires the technical implementation of BTC Layer 2. Layer 2 will be compatible with mainstream contracts on the market such as EVM/WASM. We will invite ecological projects such as Ethereum to settle in. This belongs to a community to operate and do this. This is a value of NewBTC World.
NewBTC World ：“The NewBTC World Alliance Special Fund is a high-quality project that combines multiple investment institutions and focuses on the upgrade of Taproot in the investment alliance.”- where the fund mentioned in the article comes from?

NewBTC World ：What is the marketing strategy for New BTC world in parallel to ChainX?
Guanghua ：ChainX is the leader. ChainX will lead BTC Layer2. The focus of ChainX is to do BTC Layer2 projects. We regard BTC as M0. ChainX is the most important part of M1, M1 = 10 M0.
NewBTC World ：Why do we race BTC world and don’t add it on top of existing ChainX Community?
Guanghua ：From a global perspective, the ChainX community is not large enough at this stage. BTC is the largest market, but looking at the world, there is no concept of a BTC ecological community. Previously, the BTC ecology has always been a group of miners. But after the Taproot upgrade, the ecology of Ethereum can be fully applicable to BTC. In other words: the rise of the BTC developer ecosystem and participation in the BTC market can maximize the attraction of all types of people in the BTC community to join.
02. “ChainX is still keen on Polkadot”
NewBTC World ：If NewBTC’s goal is to solve the problem of integrating BTC with Polkadot, why wasn’t it mentioned in the original ChainX roadmap? I thought that was ChainX’s job?
Guanghua ：The goal of NewBTC World is to solve the problem of BTC’s second-tier expansion. Solving the problem of BTC/Polkadot integration is just a small goal integration. NewBTC World helps BTC take off and integrates into the application scenario of creating a trillion-dollar market value of BTC. It is not limited to the Polkadot ecosystem in the hundreds of billions of dollars market.
NewBTC World ：Has integration into the polkadot ecosystem receded into the background?
Guanghua ：Polkadot’s technology has been lagging behind for a long time, and ecology can’t be improved in a year. We will solve these problems when Boca becomes ecological. I don’t think integrating Polkadot is the most meaningful thing. I think layer 2 of BTC is the most meaningful thing. Because this is the future. This is the largest market of encryption circle in the future. The market value of BTC’s second-tier network can exceed Ethereum. The upgrade of taproot is confirmed in November. ChainX went online more than 2 years ago, but we haven’t applied anything to Polkadot. The biggest reason is: Polkadot technology has not landed. We waited for 2 years, wasted 2 years. We analyze the implementation of Polkadot technology from the technical point of view. It is estimated that it will take more than one year. This time is longer than the BTC that will be implemented in more than 3 months.
NewBTC World ：So will ChainX give up Polkadot?
Guanghua ：We will not give up Polkadot. Polkadot’s Substrate technology is very positive. We use Polkadot’s underlying technology to create the best Layer 2 of BTC, and we at ChainX will make the world’s best BTC cross-chain from it.

ChainX = Crosschain BTC + EVM + WASM + NewBTC Ecology + Coming Ecology
Polkadot’s ability to implement development projects is very good, but the ability to make products is too poor, and we want to combine the best technology and the best currency to make the best product in ChainX.
From the products we build, you should already be able to discover our development and product realization capabilities.
Although we have been delayed for 2 years because we have been waiting for Polkadot’s landing. During that time, we were very confused. We were very stressed. We couldn’t do all the things we wanted to. The only thing we had to do was wait and wait for Polkadot’s landing.
But half a year ago, we changed our mindset and are no longer controlled by others. We must take the initiative. We must change the world with our own strength and create the miracle of cryptocurrency. Binance is the object of our struggle and learning.
So half a year ago, we accelerated product design and started to organize the development of ComingChat. Recently, we sorted out all Taproot of BTC. In the upgrade of Taproot, in the major encryption sectors, the most eye-catching sectors will appear: BTC Layer2, and the BTC privacy sector.
These two sectors will be the brightest stars, and our ChainX will integrate these two technologies to make the best BTC application products, the best BTC Layer2, and it can even be said that ETH Layer2 completely loses its light. There are only BTC and BTC Layer2 in the entire encryption circle. All privacy coins will fade away, and the rest are privacy products around BTC.
With all of this, we are still under normal development.

03. “NewBTC World will not affect the SherpaX parachain process”
NewBTC World ：Isn’t we should starting promoting btc/eth user to bring xBTC xETH over Karura?
Guanghua ：This is just a subfield, after all, this is just a small market. From an operational point of view, we can promote this way, but it is not the focus. The focus is on the trillion-dollar market of BTC.
NewBTC World ：Absolutely but the Kusama Parachain auction was heavily spread to all of us as a huge thing. In my eyes it is still a huge thing. Why now move to other things.
Guanghua ：This matter is pure hype and does not make much sense. We will wait for the parachain technology to actually land before connecting, not pure hype.
NewBTC World ：Do You have Any detailed action scheduled to promote ChainX and its parachain Crowdloan and If Yes, can You share exact actions which will be made with detailed pipeline?
Guanghua ：We don’t think that Crowdloan can bring much contribution to the industry or even change the world.
But the Taproot/ComingChat we are now promoting can. This is all helping ChainX change the world. This is what we have been working hard to do. We only aim to do the right thing. ChainX itself is the attribute of the community, and everyone has the right to speak. Of course, the ChainX development team has a salary and should provide services for ChainX development. But as for the various promotion of ChainX, that is the responsibility of every holder of ChainX.
In other words, as a development representative, I want to ask you questions. You are the holder of ChainX. What have you done for ChainX? Do you plan to take any detailed actions to promote ChainX and its parachain crowdloan. For these related questions, when you ask us questions, the best thing you should do is ask yourself this first.
NewBTC World ：Investors are confused and it really hard to understand the idea of development of all that and How all those things combine together and what is most crucial, How this is releated to ChainX and Where is ChainX and ChainX Community place in all this mess which we have Now. What are Your detailed actions to manage the Community, 3 projects in same Time If we can not even establish clear way of communication for ChainX team and Community?
Guanghua ：The market value of layer 2 of BTC will be much larger than that of BTC, Chainx is on this track. The orientation of ChainX currently is BTC layer 2. We has to solve two problems.
1. How to best integrate with BTC? NewBTC is to solve this problem.
2. How to circulate XBTC? ComingChat is to solve this problem.
To incubate the application of ChainX layer2, attract BTC ecological funds, development and projects to join the ChainX ecology.
We have too few partners in ChainX, but we are excellent, but we have no friends. In order to find more friends, we set up NewBTC and strive together to attract more BTC layer2 ecological projects.
04. “ComingChat ID is a good carrier of digital identity”
NewBTC World ：Where is the positioning of ComingChat software? Is it just to build a chat software? What empowerment is there? What value does CID give? Will it play a role in the future?
Guanghua ：ComingChat is a communication software that focuses on user privacy and security. It is a user who enters the Web 3.0 world and truly solves the trust and security issues.
CID is to be the largest NFT creation platform, 10 to the 12th power is 100 billion. The 100 billion CID can carry all the art on the market.
We are inviting all kinds of artists and creators to join this creative workshop. Create their digital artwork and distribute it to CID, and we can give them the carrier of CID for free. This is the best blockchain landing product I have always thought about.
CID = social + digital identity + NFT
Social networking can solve the circulation problem of digital identities, that is, social networking enables the circulation of digital identities.

NewBTC World ：Where can I find the regulations regarding the data transmission of ComingChat that will be launched soon? For example, Whatsapp has to uninstall due to new regulations.
Guanghua ：Whatsapp only needs to be regulated in some countries, and there are also many countries that do not need to be regulated. Let’s first spread it in countries that do not need supervision, and those that need supervision, we go to communicate with these countries and cater to the supervision of these countries.

NewBTC World ：When can I trade freely on the NFT platform?
Guanghua ：It is now possible to trade freely in ComingChat, but the NFT platform has not yet been listed. It is expected to be available for trading on the NFT platform in 2 months.
06. “ChainX only wants to benefit mankind, not bubble to the people”
Guanghua ：Now two strongest development forces have been invested, one is ComingChat, and the other is the most powerful blockchain development. The members of the organization are technical geeks from Qinghua University and Peking University and Alibaba.
We do not do things purely for money. We have dreams and ideals. What we want is to make innovative products that can change the world. No matter how difficult the road ahead is, I will push all my funds in.
To be honest, I entered the circle and invested tens of thousands of times, or even hundreds of millions of times, by investing in various channels, but I have never made a profit on ChainX, nor have I considered making a profit.
What we want is: to make products that can bring creativity to people and the world, we have to solve the problems that exist in the current society, to benefit the people, not to soak in people.
